Instant and delcious healthy stir fry option!
I tried these for the first time today when I pan fried them with some kale, spring greens and pre-cooked sweet potato chunks for a healthy breakfast. It tasted absolutley amazing! I like the fact that these are very low in sugars whilst still being really tasty.

I counldnt get the one I usually get - the Princes in spicy tomato sauce so tried this - based on a review. It was ALL oil and made me ill. I tried to drain it off but it still retained a lot of oil. Unless your system can take all that - its for you - if not I recommend you try the other, which IS in a sauce....
