Ingredients

Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Water, Sugar, Pork Gelatine, Acids: Citric Acid, Acetic Acid, Acidity Regulator: Sodium Citrates, Flavouring, Colours: Curcumin, Copper Chlorophyllin

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place.

Preparation and Usage

  • It's so easy to make!
  • 1. For best results separate into cubes and place into a jug/bowl.
  • 2. Add 1/2 pint (285ml) of boiling water and stir until dissolved.
  • 3. Add cold water to make up to 1 pint (570ml), stir then pour into mould/serving dish.
  • 4. Allow to cool, then refrigerate to set.
  • NB: adding fresh pineapple, kiwi or papaya fruit will prevent jelly from setting.

better than the strawberry for sure

Better flavour than the poor strawberry one for sure, however i still wouldnt add all that water suggested or it wouldnt set i'd imagine. I ADD ONLY 150MLS COLD..... Definitely not the full 200mls plus suggested. I added fruit to this and was nicer than expected.
