Wash before use.
How to prepare your mango.
- Place the mango stem-end down on a cutting board.
- Using a sharp knife, carefully cut along either side of the stone to remove the "cheeks".
- Place the mango cheeks skin-side down on the board and score a grid into the yellow flesh.
- Turn the cheeks inside out to reveal the delicious golden cubes.
