A light and crisp wine with flavours of citrus and pear and a dry, refreshing finish. Made from the local Melon de Bourgogne grape variety, this wine is matured on its lies for six months to give extra complexity and creaminess. Match with shellfish or delicate fish. Store horizontally in a cool, dark place. To enjoy this wine at its best, drink within a year of purchase. Once open, drink within two days.

Melon de Bourgogne
The fermentation took place in In thermo controlled tanks at 16° C and the the wine has been aged at least 6 months on the lees in tanks.
Le Pallet is a famous village known for the tragic love affair of Abelard and Heloise. Ten winegrowers from Le Pallet decided to join forces to make their own revolution. They are stronger together than the most hardy of the group. Also Le Pallet has been recently classified as “Cru de Muscadet“ due to the exceptional quality of the soil.
This wines is made from sustainable agriculture vineyard on gabbro and gneiss soils with a moderate climate due to Atlantic ocean.
This wine is ideal for drinking now but can be kept for up to 2 years
