Oven from frozen

Instructions: Temperature: 180°C, Fan 160°C, Gas 4Time: 2 hours 25 minutes to 2 hours 30 minutesFor best results always cook from frozen. Remove outer packaging and film lid. Cover tray with baking foil and place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven for 1 hour 45 minutes. Remove from oven and carefully remove the foil cover from the tray. Increase oven temperature to 190oC / 375oF / Gas Mark 5 and place back in the oven for a further 40 - 45 minutes. Allow to stand for 5-10 minutes before carving. To Carve: Place a serving fork in the centre of the joint and hold firmly, carefully remove ties. Remove the crackling by carefully sliding a sharp knife under the crackling and gently peeling it away. If necessary the crackling can be placed back into the oven to allow it to crisp up further. Carve joint into slices.
