this wine was very easy to drink - I am not a wine expert but I enjoyed this wine and would buy again

nose, pungent, spice, dark fruit. taste, damsons, greengages, plums. aftertaste, sweet and sour fruit, tannin, spice. at this stage I was concerned, it was not the wine I remembered. then I tucked into my roast lamb dinner and it all came together. everything moderated a classic value Bordeaux, normally nearly £11 I paid £10 for 2 bottles, what value i'm going back for more. at £5 a bottle 9.5/10

I have bought a number of cases of Prestige de Cavert and always found it very palatable. For the price I think it is a great wine well worth the money

A reasonable quality Bordeaux especially at the discounted price. The flavour is pleasant, not particularly strong. So serving at the right temperature is key to its enjoyment.

This is a very upmarket wine, full of flavour. Quite an expensive wine but great for that special occasion.

This is probably my favourite Bordeaux ever! It is smooth to taste and the vanilla taste really comes through, which is why I always ask my friends: "can you taste the ice cream?"

A very pleasant tasting claret fruity with vanilla tastes and easy to drink. My husband is disappointed if there is not a bottle every weekend as it is his very favourite.
