Today, I found this wine perfect accompaniment to crevettes and salad while sitting in the sunshine. It was so delicious that it didn't last very long. Thank goodness there are 5 more bottles in the cupboard!

Bought with 25% off and this is a typical Sauvignon being fruity with a touch of sweetness. A good quaffing wine

nose, grapes, citrus, nectarines, touch of pepper. taste, citrus, tangy, fizzy on the tongue. aftertaste, slightly sweet, sour, tangy sherbert. cheeks "buzz" for sometime afterwards. a touch thin on flavour in the middle but very refreshing and palate cleaning, a great summer wine.

This uncomplicated wine makes a good second bottle at a dinner party.

When discounted this wine is a really good value Sauvignon Blanc and ideal with chicken and pork dishes. Would certainly buy again.

This is a really nice crisp wine. Good on its own or with seafood. Unmissable when on offer. Looking forward to the summer when able to sit with a cool glass of this in the garden

This is a great crisp, dry wine. It's good with or without food. Great value for money. Had some bought for Xmas and bought a case once we'd tried it!

Usually buy NZ Sauvignon Blanc (like the Post) when the deals are on but fancied a change. picked this at random due to some good reviews ands found it very easy to drink and a nice alternative. Would recommend

Don't get me wrong this is a mass produced quasi industrial drop of plonk, but it has its virtues. Price is good, taste is surprisingly ok, but do remember to drink it nicely chilled. For a party or some such event where you need quantity with some quality this ticks the boxes. Worth a try.

I like a light white wine with rich meals and this wine fits the bill exactly. Refreshing and tasty.

Having bought this wine in the Tesco store and been delighted with it, I decided to buy in bulk from Tesco on line. This wine is going to be brought out at Christmas as I am certain it will be enjoyed by many.

Excellent wine with good citrus notes and avery easy drinking wine. Made even better when on offer.

A lovely fruity wine that can be enjoyed either on its own or with a meal. A very refreshing drink with a wonderfully lingering after taste. Fantastic value for money.

If you can get this for under five pounds its a good deal. Quite smooth and refined. The Rose equivalent is also recommended.

really looks good and taste very blanc witch makes it a good table wine

I just went to check the vintage to find it has all been drunk! And I think we bought quite a few bottles when it was on special offer. It was an okay white wine for the money and tended to be drunk on it!s own without food as an aperatif or as a 'party' drink. It was okay at the special offer price- not sure about double that though!

If you're a sauvignon blanc drinker, but need it on a budget, then this may fit the bill. It is drinkable, probably okay for parties, but not for the discerning drinker.

Lion's Gate Sauvignon Blanc Semillon is a very easy drinking, quality white wine with no vices - lovely bottle & great price If you can find it for under £4 a bottle buy all you can get Good value at £4.50 a bottle & very enjoyable

This is an excellent wine which is bursting with flavours. I would recommend this wine to anybody looking for a wine which is easy to drink with any kind of food or on its own.

Completely unexceptional. A glass of sparkling water would have made a more interesting accompaniment to a wonderful fish pie. I'm not sure what I will do with the other five bottles. I found this wine neither pleasant nor unpleasant.
