The Domaine William Fèvre accounts for the largest range of Grand Crus with 15% of the total Grand Cru vineyards in Chablis. Many years of experience and knowledge contribute to producing exceptional Grands Cru which faithfully reflect the unique terroirs of Chablis.

The vineyards of Chablis are planted on a unique soil, composed of clay and limestone from the Kimmeridgian and a second sub-soil which is rich in minerals and a quantity of fossilised oyster shells. This provides a perfect environment for the growing of chardonnay grape and gives the wines of Chablis their typical mineral character.
