Serving: Ideally chill rosé wine in the fridge for no more than 1 to 2 hours – if you serve the wine too cold you will mask some of the aromas and flavours. Before you serve take the wine out the fridge and if it’s very cold leave it on the side for 20 minutes. Food Matches: New world rosés normally balance bundles of fruit flavours with a backbone of acidity, which makes them the perfect match for the bold flavours in Chinese and Indian food. Old world styles which are normally more delicate go well with grilled white or meaty fish, Mediterranean style pork to tomato based pasta dishes.
