Tasting Notes
The excellent freshness in this Champagne is balanced by a glorious wash of stone fruit notes and floral highlights.
On the palate, brioche and caramelised pear characters are mingled with a buttery richness, harmonised by a clean lemon backbone.
A soft, creamy mousse adds a wonderful texture to this memorable Champagne.
Storage Instructions
Store horizontally. Keep out of direct light, vibrations and radical temperature fluctuations. This Champagne is drinking beautifully now, but will develop in bottle over the next 5 years.
