This voluptuous Pinot Noir is full of rich aromas and flavours of cherry, plum and strawberry, finished with a subtle spiciness.

This wine is ideal for drinking now but can be kept for up to 2 years
Decanter magazine - 10 great-value Chilean reds under £15 – March 2013 Issue Of the 2011 vintage, Peter Richards said: 'Surely one of the best value Pinot Noirs on the market, with punchy black cherry aromas and a vigorous, tangy, spicy palate profile'.

Abundant sunlight, hot days, cool nights and irrigation water coming directly from pure thawed Andean snow contribute to the production of the aromatically rich, pure and potential filled grapes.

This in no way competes with the Reserva but once again as with so many of the Chilean Pinot Noirs the fruit is ripe and you do know that it is Pinot Noir that you are drinking unlike as I have said before many of the cheaper NZ versions that suffer from unripe fruit and a lack of identity. This is a good starter wine to get to know the grape and is very good value especially as the last lot I purchased was on offer.

I have always enjoyed Chilean wines and this was no exception. A surprise with this wine though was to be told to serve it cool. A short spell in the fridge did this and wow what a great wine ! Can't wait to drink more.

This wine represents good value for the money. Soft and smooth. Not as good as some of the New Zealand Pinots, but it measures up well. Worth a try at this price!

Excellent value for a wine of this character, though clearly not as good as a New Zealand pinot

Whilst nothing can compare with a decent French burgundy this will give you a hint of what it's all about for a fraction of the price.
