Background
History
Montes are a true Chilean winery success story. Twenty years ago, four partners with a big dream set out to make ultra premium wines. The first activities at the Montes vineyard began in 1987, followed in December 2004 by the inauguration of their new winery at Apalta in the Colchagua Valley. The winery is certified Feng Shui, with all elements inside the building in balance.

Cherub Rose is made from Syrah grapes grown in the highly reputed Colchagua Valley. The vineyards here are in a coastal area which receives cool breezes from the nearby Pacific Ocean and provides the perfect temperature and conditions for producing a lovely, ripe rose.
