Winemaking at our place has been a tradition since 1847 when Johann Gramp planted his first vineyard on the banks of Jacob's Creek.

Numerous hours were spent in the vineyards by our Viticulturists and Winemakers to identify quality parcels of Vermentino fruit to achieve the desired flavour profile for our Cool Harvest range. Night harvest ensured the fruit was picked at its coolest in order to maximise retention of the natural varietal flavours produced in the vineyards.
