First discovered Tarrango about 15-years ago - I don't know a lot about wine but I do know that I like this wine. I first bought it as a 'beaujolais' alternative and many gallons later it is still my favourite. Light and fruity and over the years consistently good. One day I hope to visit Australia and visit the Brown Brothers winery.

A fairly light wine..ideal for ladies needing a quieter red to go with their meal. Very soft tannins - so approachable when young. This wine won't offend anybody..it's light Burgundy like flavours will seduce most palates.

A very drinkable light-bodied red, in my opinion. It is the only red wine my husband really enjoys, but he usually drinks Becks!

This is my husband's favourite wine and it was so good to be able to get it at such a reasonable price. He says it is a mellow wine and a real joy to drink.

Tarrango is a red wine that is easy to enjoy both at room temperature and chilled.I will always buy this wine if the price is right. So normally wait for the good offers.I think it is the sort of wine you can serve to friends and know they will enjoy, even if they are fussy about what they drink.
