Full bodied and refined, this is a ripe, robust and generously flavoured wine of dark, black conserve fruit flavours.

This wine can be enjoyed now or carefully stored for up to 5 years from purchase.
Tim Adams Wines was founded in 1985 and has grown from a crush of just 85 tonnes then to around 900 tonnes today winning a string of international awards. It sources its purely Clare fruit via a network of loyal growers and it's own vineyards.

Tim Adams is my favourite Aussie shiraz - always reliable. Deep flavoured shiraz, ideal with steaks and beef. Slightly sweeter (though still dry) than its Rhone equivalents. This is my benchmark for Aussie shiraz - even the more expensive ones (Penfolds, Henske, D'Arenburg St. Hallett Old Block etc) are not that much better, and certainly not better value. Enjoy!

I consider this wine to be a well rounded shiraz grape varity which boasts a classic bouquet with a hint of dark chocolate and peppery and dark in colour a ruby wine appearance with fine leggs delicious to the pallet and goes well with steak. i have since brought 3 cases trying hard to keep for christmas but keep drinking them . I gave a few bottles to a few friends and they enjoyed it as much as me
