This is a stunning Sauvignon Blanc from one of New Zealand's most famous - and consistently brilliant - producers, Villa Maria.
If you want crisp fruit and freshness, this has it in spades, thanks to the ideal climate which combines long sunny days with cool night allowing the grapes to ripen beautifully.
Packed with passionfuit and grapefruit flavours, it makes a great match for seafood salads, pan-fried salmon or simply unscrew-cap and tuck into a bowl of grown-up crisps!
