Instructions: Temperature: 190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas 5Time: 45-50For best results cook from frozen.Remove outer packaging.Set sauce sachet aside whilst the nut roast is cooking.Place the plastic tray containing the nut roast onto a baking tray and cook inthe centre of a pre-heated oven for 45-50 minutes.To heat the sauce sachet:Bring a pan of water to the boil. Carefully add the sachet to the water andsimmer gently for 7 minutes. Carefully remove the sachet from the water, allowto cool slightly before serving.All appliances vary, these are guidelines only.Check food is piping hot throughout before serving.
