Keep Frozen at -18°C or cooler.Important: If food has thawed, do not refreeze. Keep Frozen - See storage instructions.

Microwave

Instructions: For best results cook from frozen.Remove all packaging.Place 225g in a non-metallic bowl and add 1 tablespoon (15ml) water.Cover and heat on full power for 3 minutes (800W) 3 minutes (900W).Remove cover and stir.Re-cover and heat on full power for a further 2 minutes (800W) 1½ minutes(900W).Carfully drain and serve.

Stir Fry

Instructions: Time: 9-10 minutesFor best results cook from frozen.Remove all packaging.Add 225g of kale to a frying pan. Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of water and heat for9 to 10 minutes on medium to high heat. Add a splash of water for the last fewminutes of cooking.Drain well and serve.
