Microwave from frozen

Instructions: For best results always cook from frozen.Remove product from outer box and pierce the bag twice near the top.Place the pack into a suitable microwavable dish. Heat on full power 6 minutes30 seconds (800W) and 6 minutes (900W), shaking gently half way throughcooking. Allow to stand for 1 minute.After standing carefully open the pack using a pair of scissors.For crisper meat, after heating as above place in an ovenproof dish in apre-heated oven at 190ºC/Fan 170ºC/Gas Mark 5 for 15-20 minutes.To heat sauce: pierce the bag twice near the top of the bag and place the packonto a microwavable plate. Heat in the microwave for 1 minute (800W) or 30seconds (900W), leave to stand for 1 minute.
