Instructions: Temperature: 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6Time: 25-30 minsFollow defrost instructions above. Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the juices run clear when pierced with a thin skewer in the deepest part of the portion. If they are pink, continue cooking for a few minutes and retest.
