Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 10 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.

Oven

Instructions: 210ºC /Fan 190ºC / Gas 7 18 mins Place salmon fillets skin side up on a lightly oiled baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven.

Microwave

Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Shallow Fry

Instructions: For best results pan fry. 12 mins Pan fry skin side down in a little oil over a medium heat for 6 minutes, turn gently and cook for a further 6 minutes.
