For Our Recipe you will need...1 Schwartz Spanish Paella Flavour Shot1 onion, diced100g (4oz) chorizo, diced450g (1lb) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced325g (11oz) paella or risotto rice1 litre (1 3/4 pints) water1 red pepper, diced100g (4oz) frozen peasDirections...SpoonStir contents of Flavour Shot, then spoon into a large frying pan over a medium heat. Gently fry the onion and chorizo for 5 minutes until softened.SizzleAdd the chicken and fry for 2-3 minutes, stir in the rice and fry for a further minute. Add the water, pepper and peas. Bring to the boil, stirring. Reduce the heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the rice is tender, stirring occasionally.ServeDelicious served with a crisp green salad.
