Preparation and Usage

Shopping List ( Serves 2)1 tbsp oil1 finely chopped onion250- 300g diced chicken200g chopped canned tomatoes100ml single cream1 pack Geeta's Tikka Curry PasteMethod- Stir fry onion in oil until browned.- Add chicken and cook until sealed.- Stir in paste and cook for 1 - 2 minutes.- Add tomatoes and stir for 4 - 5 minutes.- Add 100ml single cream, heat through and simmer for 10 minutes or until meat is cooked.Not suitable for microwave use.Great with seafood, or for a Vegan option, why not try mushrooms, peas and green beans
