How do I sign in?

You can sign in easily by entering the email address and password details you have registered with us.

Don't worry if you have forgotten your password, just click on 'forgotten your password' and we will send you an email with a link to reset it.

If you have changed your email address from the one you originally registered then you may need to update your account details. To do this simply sign in using your old email address and password, then click on the 'My Account' link at the top of the page

How do I unlock my account?

How do I change my address?

  • Select 'My Account'
  • Select 'Your contact details'
  • Your home address details will display.
  • To Change your home address enter your postcode in the box and click 'continue'. Then choose the correct address and select "confirm new address"
  • Your new address details will be saved as your home address in your address book

Please make sure you select your correct address from your address book menu when you checkout.

You cannot change an address where a delivery is due and must wait until the order has been delivered before changing these details.

If you would like to change the delivery address, please cancel and create a new order.

To save time, simply select 'previous orders' in your favourites section, view your last order and add the same products to your basket.

We won't automatically update your Clubcard details with any changes you make here. To update your details on Clubcard and ensure you receive your Clubcard mailing click here

I'd like to add another delivery address

  • Select 'My Account'
  • Select 'My contact details'
  • All your address details will display.
  • Click on 'Add New Address'
  • Add your address details and select 'Save Address'

Your new address details will be saved in your address book.

Please make sure you select your correct address from your address book menu when you checkout.

Alternatively you can click 'Add New Address' on the checkout payment screen or on the delivery slot screen and follow the same steps.

How do I update my personal details?

  • To update your personal details:
  • Select 'My Account'
  • Select 'Your contact details'
  • All your personal details will display.
  • To make changes, just type your new details into the box and click 'confirm'

  • Type in your current password and new password and confirm

  • To unsubscribe from Tesco e-mails:

  • Select appropriate box and click 'Confirm'

How do I delete/amend my favourites?

To amend your favourites

Ensure you are in logged in to our grocery site. Click on the 'My favourites' button toolbar at the top of the screen.

Within this section you will see 'All my Favourites'

If you have just registered, it will take 30 to 60 minutes for us to display your favourites.

How do I delete my favourites?

Click on the cross button beside "rest of self". Then click "yes" to confirm you'd like to delete from favourites.

  • To retrieve your password:
  • Click on the 'login/register' link
  • Click on the 'forgotten password' link

Follow the on screen instructions and an email will be sent to the email address with which you registered on Tesco.com.with instructions on resetting your password.
