Instructions: 3 1/2 minutes, 3 minutes, 2 minutes 45 seconds (650W)/(750W)/(850W)TO HEAT SAUCEMicrowave from from frozen.For best results microwave sauce from frozen.Pierce sachet several times.Place into a non-metallic container.Heat on full power.650 watt Category B 3 and a half mins. 750 watt Category D 3 mins. 850 wattCategory E 2 3/4 mins.Lamb Wellington not suitable for microwave cooking.Serve sauce with lamb wellington.

Hob

Instructions: Sauce - Hob from frozen.Cut the corner from the sachet of sauce and empty contents into a saucepan andgently heat the sauce until simmering.
