Vinification Details

Grapes are lightly pressed only allowing for the first pressing of free run juice to be used for this wine. The wine is then chilled in stainless steel tanks and then left on the lees, once the wine is brought to a brighter state the chilled wine is then placed into a stainless steel where yeasts are added and fermentation takes place. Once fermentation has run its coarse then the wine is stabilised and remains in temperature controlled vats prior to filtration and bottling.
