Onion, Red Chilli Purée, Water, Sugar, Coconut Milk, Galangal (4.5%), Rapeseed Oil, Lemon Grass Purée (4.5%), Tamarind Paste (4.5%), Salt, Garlic Purée, Ginger Purée, Coriander Powder, Turmeric Powder, Molasses, Cornflour, Cumin Powder, Fennel, Black Pepper, Star Anise, Cardamom, Paprika Extract, Cinnamon Powder, Clove Powder
- Store in a cool dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 6
- weeks and by date shown.

2-3 tbsp Rendang Paste
1 Can Coconut Milk
400g Rump Steak, thinly sliced
2 tbsp oil
Splash fish sauce (optional)
Squeeze fresh lime juice (optional)"
1. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a wok or large frying pan, add the beef and paste,
stir fry for 5 minutes
2. Add the can of coconut milk, and simmer over a medium heat for 10 – 15
minutes until the sauce has thickened.
3. Add a splash of fish sauce and a squeeze of fresh lime juice (as required)
and serve with rice.
