Standard Frozen Guidelines
Defrost the turkey in its bag in a cool room, below 17.5°C (64°F) for 16-20 hours or in a refrigerator at approximately 0 to 5°C (longer times will be required). Ambient temperatures may vary due to time of year so these time are a guide only. Ensure the turkey is completely defrosted by checking there are no ice cystals in the body cavity and the legs are flexible. IMPORTANT: If food has thawed, do no refreeze
