Vinification Details
The grapes are picked at perfect maturity and at night in order to keep freshness and acidity. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and under controlled temperature.
History
The 25 year old vineyards of Gros Manseng and Sauvignon blanc are situated in the heart of Gascony. Hand selected especially for Tesco, the grapes issued from the best parcels were vinified separately in order to keep as much terroir characteristics as possible. Modern winemaking technics and blending were supervised by leading Bordeaux winemaker Pascal Poussevin.

These 25 year old vineyards of Gros Manseng and Sauvignon Blanc are situated on the slopes of the village of Montreal du Gers, in the heart of Gascony. Summers are long and hot.
