Spatchcock Poussin
We might be the remarkable duck people but there's room in our hearts and on our plates for other poultry too. Our spatchcock poussin from our friends the Leon family in Brittany, are a special breed that's naturally slow growing so you get meat that's young and tender yet thoroughly flavourful. With our sea salt and four pepper seasoning it makes for a delicious treat, and because it is "spatchcock" it's really quick and easy to cook too.
The zingy peppers we've added green, black, white and fresh red make this poussin great with simple new potatoes and veg, but visit our website for other ideas and how to videos.

Keep refrigerated 0ºC to +4ºC. Once opened, use within 24 hours.
