Information

Ingredients:

Wheat Flour, Margarine, Water, Ethanol, Sugar, Salt, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Margarine contains: Palm Oil, Water, Emulsifier (Mono- and Di-Glycerides of Fatty Acids, Sunflower Lecithins), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Salt

Storage:

  • Keep refrigerated.

Oven:

Temperature:Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 200°C

Time:15 to 25 minutes

Instructions:Remove from the refrigerator 10 minutes before use. Remove all packaging.

Preheat oven to 200°C/Fan180°C/Gas Mark 6, unroll pastry and leave on baking
sheet provided.
Cut to required size. Place on baking tray. Brush pastry with a little milk or
beaten egg to glaze.
Place on middle shelf of pre-heated oven for 15-25 mins or as stated time in
your recipe.

Freezing Guidelines:

Freeze on day of purchase. Use within one month. For freezing guidelines refer
to freezer manufacturer's handbook.

Defrosting:

Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in a refrigerator or for 1 hour at
room temperature.
IMPORTANT: If food has thawed, do not refreeze.

Easy peasy cheese whirls
Makes 12 slices

Ingredients:
1 pack Tesco Ready Rolled Puff Pastry
220g Cheddar cheese, grated
4 tbsp sundried tomato paste
1 egg, beaten

Method:

Pre-heat oven to 220°C/Fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6.

Unroll the pastry and spread the tomato paste all over it. Sprinkle the cheese
on top and roll the whole thing up like a big Swiss roll.

Then cut it into Slices one inch thick, pop them on a sheet of baking paper on
a baking tray and brush the beaten egg over the sides and tops.

Bake for 20 – 25 minutes, until the pastry is golden brown and the cheese is
bubbling.
