This fine champagne has been produced from the three traditional champagne grape varieties; Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. This champagne has an elegant freshness, with notes of citrus and of cream. It is ready for drinking, but will improve with keeping over several months. Perfect for any celebration.

Vinification Details
The grapes are fermented at cool temperatures to retain the floral and aromatic qualities of fine young chardonnay. Maturation takes at least 24 months in bottle, prior to release, to help the wine mature and gain gentle toasted complexities.
History
This non-vintage champagne has been made by the established Epernay house of Burtin. Made from roughly a third each of chardonnay, pinot noir and pinot meunier, this champagne possesses elegance and structure, which with ageing will take on a creamy, yeasty richness.
Regional Information
Chardonnay from the Cote des Blancs, and Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier from the Marne region contribute to the make up of this blend.
