Puff Pastry Tips:Let your pastry temper to room temperatureFor best results take the pastry out of the fridge 10 minutes before you are ready to use itDo not use rolling pinThe rolling pin will compress the carefully constructed layers and your puff pastry won't rise as much. If you need to stretch the puff pastry sheet, do it gently with your hands.Small black spots may be present in the pastry.This is bran which is naturally occurring within the flour and will disappear during cooking.

Place the filling of your choice & bake in a preheated oven for about 25 mins or depending on recipe at 220° C (200 °C for fan assisted ovens) / Gas - Mark 7, or at the temperature required in your recipe.
