Cafedirect Teadirect 80 Teabags 250G

For 20 years we've built partnerships with smallholder growers.
This results in an extra special full flavoured tea and by investing over 50% of our profits in growers, a more sustainable future.
The bees and the teas
Cafédirect funding helps train smallholder growers in Kenya in the art of beekeeping. Honey provides a vital source of extra income, which reduces the farmer's dependence on their tea harvest. Bees are good for the biodiversity of the tea gardens... and honey is delicious in the tea too (try it instead of sugar ).

Hand-picked tea bags
Like tea growing, tea blending is an art. We select the finest hand-picked Ugandan and Tanzanian leaves to give our tea its full flavour, distinct body and rosy colour, and blend them with Kenyan leaves for their fresh delicate flavour.
At Cafédirect we do things differently. For over 20 years we've built real relationships with smallholder growers, because the big thing smallholders have is pride and passion... and that's what makes our award-winning tea taste so good.
In return we pay growers what they deserve, instead of paying middle men. And by working together in true partnership we do more, investing over 50% of our profits in growers to create a more sustainable future.

Preparation and Usage:
Make the Best of Your Teas
Use fresh water in the kettle as this has plenty of oxygen to release the tea's flavour. To save energy and water, only boil what you need. Warm your tea pot, or cup, and use one bag per person. Pour over freshly boiled water and leave to brew for 3 - 5 minutes, then add milk, sugar, honey or slice of lemon.
- Recyclable Carton
