Campari & Tonic
1 Part Campari
2 Parts Tonic Water
Ice and slice of orange
Prepare in an ice filled glass. Pour in the Campari and tonic water. Garnish with slice of orange.
1/3 Rosso sweet vermouth (Cinzano)
Ice cubes and orange slice
Build in a rocks glass with ice.
Garnish with a slice of orange.
Campari's versatility is one of the reasons behind its success. It fits well in simple drinks with a classic mixer such as tonic or in classic cocktails such as the world famous Negroni.
Negroni: Fill a rocks glass with ice and add equal parts Campari, gin and sweet vermouth. Garnish with an orange twist
Campari and Tonic: Fill a tumbler with ice and add 50ml Campari and top with tonic water. Finish with a squeezes of fresh lime.
