Vinification Details
Rapid separation of the juice from the grape skins, prior to fermentation, gives White Grenache its distinctive pale-pink colour. Recently introduced methods for re-circulating the juice during fermentation enabled winemakers to bring forward subtle aromas in the finished wine.
History

Regional Information
The fruit for this wine originated from the central Valley, about a ninety-minute drive from San Francisco. The valley lies at the foot of the Sierra Nevada Mountains and benefits from an ideal combination of warm days and cool nights during the growing season.
