Prepare the stuffing as for oven baking. Place the prepared stuffing in a non-metallic ovenproof dish. For a crisper topping, brown under a pre-heated grill for 2 minutes after microwaving.
Temperature:425°F, Gas 7, 220°C
Adjust times according to your particular oven. (For fan assisted ovens cooking
times should be reduced. For best results refer to manufacturer's handbook.)

Mini bacon pasties
Cooking time: 20-25 minutes
Method: Oven, 190°C/375°F/Gas Mark 5
2 x 375g ready rolled shortcrust pastry; 125g bacon rashers; 1 carrot grated;
25g Tesco Sage & Onion
Stuffing Mix; 3 x 15ml Instant potato mix; 160ml boiling water; 1 beaten egg
1. Cut pastry into ten 10cm (4") rounds.
2. Dice the bacon and fry until crispy.
3. Mix together stuffing and instant potato, then pour on boiling water. Stir
4. Add the bacon and grated carrot.
5. Divide the filling mix between the ten pastry rounds and pile onto one half
of the pastry.
6. Dampen the edges of the pastry and fold in half to form the pasty. Seal the
edges firmly, then place on a
baking sheet. Brush with beaten egg.
7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
