For best results cook from frozen. 800-watt: Remove all packaging and rinse thoroughly. Place 200g into a microwaveable bowl, and cover. Microwave on FULL POWER for 4 ½ minutes. After cooking allow to cool for a few minutes until the beans are finger hot. 900-watt: Remove all packaging and rinse thoroughly. Place 200g into a microwaveable bowl, and cover. Microwave on FULL POWER for 4 minutes. After cooking allow to cool for a few minutes until the beans are finger hot. Please refer to the text from a branded product sold in Waitrose for ideas in eating: Edamame are a tasty and refreshing appetiser, and a great accompaniment to beer. Commonly eaten salted, the beans are popped out with fingers to eat.You can also enjoy these Edamame by trying from frozen (with the pod intact) in a wok with a little vegetable oil, lime and salt. Chilli may be added when cooking if you prefer it hot!Note: The pods are not for eating, only the beans!
