The York Fitness Nexus cross-trainer is great for toning your upper and lower body, with 16 levels of smooth magnetic resistance its ideal for improving your cardiovascular fitness too. It features 23 motivational workout programmes to choose from, allowing you to vary your workouts at a pace that suits you. This cross-trainer has an in-built LCD monitor which allows you to track your progress easily while you exercise. The monitor displays your speed, calories burnt and the length of your workout.
