Specialist training regimes will work on whatever you wish to accomplish or specified areas of the body. MET Value – A MET value will be added to each exercise, in order to calculate calories burnt. MET stands for "metabolic equivalent" and is defined as "the ratio of the work metabolic rate to the resting metabolic rate" New features include 6 new fitness activities (yoga exercises and special workouts), 15 new balance games and the ability to weigh your pet and keep track of their fitness. Requires Wii Fit Balance Board. Suitable for players aged 3 years and over.
