Battle the evil forces of Kaos with this Skylanders Giants starter pack for Wii. There are over 40 new characters to collect, including the hugely powerful new Giant Skylanders. Each character is represented by a toy with RFID chip that allows it to appear in the game when placed on the special 'Portal of Power'. As you battle with your uniquely skilled characters you earn experience points that can be used to upgrade weapons and skills. The in-game action mixes elements of combat, platforming and puzzle solving, with the new Giant Skylanders towering over their smaller cousins. Place new 'LightCore' Skylanders on the portal and see them illumine. Each character's progress is saved inside the toy itself so Wii gamers can transport their figurines to a friend's system. All the characters from Skylanders Spyro's Adventure and Skylanders Giants are cross-compatible. Featuring the 'Portal of Power', this game is for new Skylanders players. Age range 6 years+. Not suitable for children under 36 months.
