Packed with innovative training features to help you improve your training methods, the FT60 features a program that adapts to your workout habits, giving you weekly targets along with feedback. An alarm sounds when your heart rate falls out of the sync with the rate determined by the balance between cardiac safety and an effective workout. Other features include ZonePointer, OwnZone and OwnCal modes. ZonePointer shows you your current heart rate when in session and where it lies within your given target. OwnZone mode gives you a customised target zone for individual exercise sessions. The OwnCal mode presents information regarding your energy expenditure during one exercise session with how many calories you have burned. The FT60 has a backlit LCD display and includes a chest strap to measure your heart rate, which transmits the results straight to your watch.
