Please be aware that charges and timings will vary for delivery to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly, Orkney, Shetland and other Scottish islands with deliveries taking up to 8 days for outlying areas. The actual delivery cost and timings will be displayed during checkout.

Our products are shipped across the entire UK, using couriers such as Royal Mail, Parcel Force and Yodel.

We operate from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, excluding Bank Holidays.

Delivery locations and exceptions

We ship to all areas of the UK. For outlying areas we will try to deliver to the timeframes above, but there may be some occasions when there might be a delay. In these circumstances we will contact you to let you know and keep you updated at all times.

Requirements to sign for delivery

Most of our deliveries will not require a signature.

Missed delivery

If we try to deliver and you are not available our courier will leave a calling card to advise you about what to do next.

Returns & Cancellation Policy

Changed your mind?

That’s no problem. All of our Tesco Partners offer the same Tesco direct policy as a minimum, the full details of which can be found on our Returns Policy page.

Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Charges for returns

Maplin will not accept the return, under the 28-day return policy, of any goods that have had their manufacturers/suppliers warranty or registration invoked. Maplin will deem such registration by the customer as acceptance of the Goods.

Unwanted goods that are returned to Maplin, after the 28-day return period but within a reasonable period of time. Maplin reserves the right to levy a handling charge of 20% of the invoice value, with a minimum charge of £10 to be charged on goods which are not defective.

Maplin reserves the right not to accept the return of unwanted, non-defective goods after the 28 day period.

The customer must bear all costs of returning any unwanted goods to Maplin and provide proof of delivery. Maplin reserve the right to recover reasonable direct costs where collection of goods from a customer has been requested.

Returns guidelines

Please let us have any original packaging, tabs, labels and accessories, and please package it all securely. If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, there may be a deduction from your refund if it has been damaged, opened more than necessary to check it’s working, or used more than reasonably expected.

We ask that you contact us in advance to request a returns authorisation number.

Is your purchase faulty or damaged?

We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn’t, please contact us. Within the first 28 days we will issue a replacement item to you. Outside of the first 28 days we will be able to advise on the options to repair, replace or refund your item.

Should you need to contact us with regards to the contents of your order, whether you have missing or incorrect or faulty goods, please contact us. We have a 365 day product quality 'no quibble guarantee'. Should your product experience a fault, simply return it within a year for an exchange, credit note or full refund.
