Product Details

The Power Trainer from BodiTek uses high frequency vibration technology to create a stretch reflex in your body. This results in rapid and intense muscle contractions that help to accelerate your training program. The technology improves your muscle strength, tone, bone density and circulation whilst reducing your body fat levels. With the Power Trainer you can complete a conventional 40 minute workout in just 15 minutes. It comes with 5 vibration speeds and a 15-minute timer. This allows you to personalise your own exercise programme to cater for your fitness goals. The machine weighs 16kg and can support a maximum user weight of 100kg. It arrives flatpack with tools for self-assembly.
