How do I add / amend my order?

We are unable to amend orders after they have been placed. You can cancel and reorder with no extra cost.

You can cancel your order as long as you do it up to 2 days before your delivery date.

How do I see my order history?

Click on the My Account link at the top of the page. Click on the link named View this order. This will display the order history for your Wine account.

On this page you can view orders that you are currently shopping, orders you have checked out and are awaiting delivery or cancelled orders.

How do I check my delivery time?

Click on the My Account link at the top of the page. Click on the link named Orders due for delivery. This will display the order history for your Wine account.

How is my order confirmed?

Once you have checked out, you will receive a confirmation e-mail detailing all products, quantities and prices relating to your order.

Please make a note of the order number in case you need to contact us.

Can I order to a different address?
  • You can have wine delivered to an alternative address as long as we cover the area.
  • Once you have added the products you wish to purchase to your basket, click on the Checkout wine button.
  • Here you will have the option to Add new address, click on this button and fill in the new address.
  • Once you have completed this, follow the on screen prompts to complete your order.
How do I change my delivery address?

Before checkout

You can view and amend your personal details, address book, login details and Clubcard details by following these simple steps:

  • Click on My Account
  • Click on My account details
  • All your address details will display.
  • Click on Edit address to amend your address details
  • Amend your details and click Save address
  • Your new address details will be saved in your address book
  • Please make sure you select your correct address from your address book menu when you checkout.

How can I make my order a gift?

You can specify your order is a gift during the checkout process by saying yes to 'is this a gift?. You can also enter a gift message .

Don't worry- the recipient will not receive any pricing details when the order is delivered.

When do you deliver?

If you choose our premium delivery option, you can select a time that suits you from 11:00 - 19:00 Monday to Saturday.

You can usually have your shopping delivered between 9am and 11pm Monday to Friday, 11am and 8pm on Saturday, and between 11am and 4pm on Sunday.

Exact delivery times will be displayed when you book a delivery slot during the checkout process.

If you choose our Next day delivery option, our delivery times are as follows:

When you place an order by 12 noon (Sunday to Friday), we will do our utmost to deliver the following day. Saturday orders should be delivered anytime on Monday. These times may vary on Bank Holidays.

If you may not be in all day for your delivery, please give us detailed instructions of a safe place to leave your order when you checkout

Pleae note that delivery to some postcodes such as Northern Ireland & outlying areas takes 2 business days. Unfortunately, we do not yet deliver to the Channel Islands, Scilly Isles, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands and BFPO addresses. We may restrict other postcodes at our discretion.
