  • bulletDo Tesco deliver in my area?

    Our delivery service covers most UK residential addresses. If we are unable to deliver to the address you have specified, a message will appear letting you know when you enter it into the site.

  • bulletWhat hours do you deliver?

    If you choose our Time slot delivery option, you can select a time that suits you from 11:00 to 23:00 Monday to Saturday and selected stores offer a Sunday delivery service with certain delivery slots.

    Exact delivery times will be displayed when you book a delivery slot during the checkout process.

    If you choose our Next day delivery option, our delivery times are as follows: When you place an order by 12 noon (Sunday to Friday), we will do our utmost to deliver the following day between 7am and 7pm. Saturday orders should be delivered anytime on Monday. These times may vary on Bank Holidays.

    If you may not be in all day for your delivery, please give us detailed instructions of a safe place to leave your order when you checkout

    Please note that delivery to some postcodes such as Northern Ireland & outlying areas takes 2 business days. Unfortunately, we do not yet deliver to the Channel Islands, Scilly Isles, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands and BFPO addresses. We may restrict other postcodes at our discretion.

  • bulletWhat do you charge for the service?

    Our standard next day delivery service is - £6 This is free of charge if your order is over £50. Our premium delivery service which allows you to select the time your order is delivered is £6 and free of charge if your order is over £50.
  • bulletWho can sign for a delivery?

    A signature is required by someone over the age of 18

    This person needs to be at home to receive your order. If you are not at home, the courier will leave a card stating the date and time they called. Please contact the number on the card to arrange a second delivery.

    If you choose the next day delivery option when placing the order then you can leave a delivery instruction with a secure place the driver can leave the wine if no one is there to sign for the delivery.

  • bulletCan I change my delivery time?

    No, if you need to amend the delivery time you have chosen, please cancel your order by calling 0800 323 4080.

  • bulletWhat happens if I am not in?

    The driver will leave a card stating the date and time they called.

    Please contact the number on the card to arrange a second delivery, which will be subject to a second delivery charge.

    If you choose the next day delivery option when placing the order then you can leave a delivery instruction with a secure place the driver can leave the wine if no one is there to sign for the delivery.

  • bulletWhat is your returns policy?

    If for any reason you are unhappy with your goods or service, please return it to your nearest store. If you are returning a full case you can also call our Helpline number on 0800 323 4080 and one of our operators will arrange a pickup for you.

  • bulletWhat if my delivery is late?

    We try our very best to inform our customers of any potential delay as soon as possible. However, occasionally delays can occur which are often beyond our control.

    You should receive a call to inform you about the late delivery. If for any reason you don't receive a call, please contact Customer Services on 0800 323 4080

  • bulletMy order has items missing

    If you are missing products please contact our customer service centre on 0800 323 4080.
  • bulletI haven't received my discounts

    We are sorry that you have not received your discounts. Please give us a call on 0800 323 4080 or fill in our Contact Us form providing us with your order number and information about the discounts you expected to receive so that we can investigate this problem on your behalf.

  • bulletHow do I check my delivery time?

    Click on the My Account link at the top of the page. Click on the link named Orders due for delivery. This will display the order history for your Wine account.

    On this page you can view orders that you are currently shopping, orders you have checked out and are awaiting delivery and the time slot they are due to be delivered.

  • bulletHelp for blocked addresses?

    We try our best to be able to deliver to every address in the UK, but unfortunately there are some addresses which we are unable to deliver to. In this case we ask that you choose another address for delivery.
