How often have you tried to cook a curry at home only to find that it lacks texture, taste and intensity? If it's depth of flavour you want, as well as an easy life in the kitchen, then look no further than your slow cooker. A slow cooker emulates ancient cooking techniques from all around the world, where blending ingredients requires patience, care and a creative mind. Slow cooking spices allows them to release their essential oils, while meat becomes tender and falls off the bone and vegetables absorb tasty hotness, zing and zest. And the great thing about a slow cooker is that it does all the hard work for you! This cookbook contains recipes for over 150 curries. Flick through the book to find all your favourites, plus discover adventurous new ideas that your slow cooker will bring to life. You'll be able to save time and finally achieve mouthwatering, authentic dishes in your own home.
