Synopsis

Plan B is a musical chameleon his first album, Who Needs Actions When You Got Words, painted him as a foul-mouthed rapper, while its follow-up, The Defamation of Strickland Banks, saw him made-over as a soul singer. Now Ill Manors sees the musician take up another mantle as film-maker and composer for the soundtrack of his directorial debut Ill Manors. The lead track on the album is the powerful song which was written in response to the riots that took place in England during the summer of 2011: backed by daunting sounding strings and heavy beats, Plan B pours his heart into the song and sets the tone for the rest of the album. Ill Manors is a thumping record that will make you feel revolutionary.
