Delivery Information

Most items have free delivery, however, some items may have a small delivery charge. This delivery charge may be passed onto a third party provider who will provide a delivery service for you, when this applies it will always be made clear on the listing page.

We aim to ship the majority of orders next day by first class post. All orders will be shipped within 3 working days. Items may be shipped from our UK or European fulfilment centre, and may be dispatched in separate packages.

Returns Policy

Should your order be lost or damaged in transit we will provide a free of charge replacement or refund of the lost/damaged items.  We hope you will be satisfied with your purchase but if you do wish to exchange any items or return them for a refund then we ask you to contact us within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Provided the goods are returned to us in an unused, saleable condition we will fully refund the price of the items.

Other Information

NFA-VPS products are dispensed under the supervision of V. Walkerparlane BA (Hons) RVN SQP, AMTRA Number QC50503, or other RQP appointed by Mr Pets Limited. The AMTRA Register can be accessed on the Veterinary Medicines Directorate website. All veterinary medicines are supplied from a UK site.

Complaints about the dispensing of NFA-VPS products should be made through the normal complaints procedure by contacting us, if the response is unsatisfactory the Veterinary Medicine Directorate can be contacted. In the case of adverse reaction to NFA-VPS product they can be reported using the Suspect Adverse Reaction Scheme

All NFA-VPS products supplied by Mr Pets Limited have a current UK marketing authorisation. All customers should have read and understood the summery of product characteristics

Mr Pets Limited will notify you by way of email when your goods are to be dispatched to you by either ourselves or on your behalf by B-Logic. The message will contain details of estimated delivery times in addition to any reasons for a delay in the delivery of the Goods purchased by you.

If Mr Pets Limited receives no communication from you, within 7 days of delivery, regarding any problems with the Goods, you are deemed to have received the Goods in full working order and with no problems.

For products marked delivery by B-logic we do not offer a delivery service, however, we will offer you the option of contracting B-Logic for a delivery service, this is optional and at the customers discretion. In this situation Mr Pets will collect the postage fee and pass this money onto B Logic on your behalf.

Title to these products will pass to the customer and will be made available to B-Logic at the point that full payment has been received. For NFA-VPS products the importer of record will be V Walkerparlane.

For all non NFA-VPS products the importer of record is the customer, and as such you should ensure that your purchase is in full compliance with the laws of the country into which the Goods are being imported. Please be aware that Goods may be inspected on arrival at port for customs purposes and Mr Pets limited cannot guarantee that the packaging of your Goods will be free of signs of tampering.

These terms and conditions and the relationship between you and Mr Pets Limited shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Law of Guernsey and Mr Pets Limited and you agree to subject to the laws of this jurisdiction.
