How do I cancel my order?
If you do need to cancel an order, and if it is within 1 hour of the
order being placed, it can be cancelled online. This can be done through
the following steps:
1. When logged into your Tesco account, click on "My Account" on the top right.
2. Then click on "View Direct Orders" on the left hand side.
3. Chose the order you want to cancel.
4. On the order page there will be a button labelled "Cancel this Order"
5. This will take you to the Cancellation Confirmation page.
6. You will be asked to give a reason for cancellation such as "Change Of Mind" "Ordered in error" etc.
7. Once the cancellation has been confirmed the order will be cancelled and cant be reinstated.
